Our Vitamin A Palmitate  (Retinyl) also known as retinol  is an oil soluble  retinol for the delivery of age-defying, antioxidant benefits. It is is a nature-identical  version of vitamin A (Retinol). There are many forms of this vitamin used in skincare for advanced age related skin care products that focus on maturing skin and gentle exfoliation.

Vitamin A Palmitate (Retinyl/Retinol) is an excellent product that can help rejuvenate the appearance of mature skin making it visibly smoother, more even and youthful-looking. Vitamin A palmitate helps with reducing wrinkles & fine lines, hyperpigmentation, unevenness, blemish control and general age defense. 

Our Vitamin A Palmitate is lab-created to exactly match the naturally-produced vitamin A. It can solidify at colder temperatures and is sensitive to heat, light, and air. It is best used in an opaque airless pump container.

It can either be used in a carrier oil or oil blend, or added to lotions or creams. This ingredient should not be used undiluted.

As with all vitamin A based products, it is important to either use sunscreen or stay out of the sun after application. For this reason it might make an excellent night time repair product.

Appearance: Viscous yellow to orange-brown oily liquid

Manufacturers suggested Usage : 0.02 – 0.05%  to cool down or final phase of formulation. Place in a warm water bath if too thick, as vitamin A palmitate is a thick, waxy liquid at room temperature.

Storage: This material must be stored at room temperature. It should not be exposed to excessive heat or cold. Product may thicken if exposed. If this happens, please gently warm in a water bath.
