Our Green Tea Extract is a liquid blend of Green Tea Extract and Propanediol. This Liquid Green Tea Extract is standardized to possess 17.6% Polyphenols, also known as catechins, which are the active constituents in Green Tea. These catechins are antioxidants which are said to have many benefits including helping to cool irritated skin, alleviate damage caused by skin dryness, improve skin elasticity and help cleanse the skin by helping remove dirt, bacteria, and other pollutants from the skin surface.  This Green Tea Liquid Extract makes a great addition to a variety of personal care products including creams, lotions, hair care products, anti-aging products and more!.

Appearance: Olive to brown liquid,  resultant colour may vary when added to a formula.

Processing Method: Prepared in a cold process to avoid potential loss of effectiveness heat processing can have.

Widely used as an anti-aging and antioxidant agent in a variety of personal and skin care formulations to minimize the appearance of skin damage. It also helps to tone the epidermis and improve elasticity to decrease the appearance of sagging skin and fine lines. Green tea Extract can be used in the formulation of the underlisted.
