Our hydrosols are steamed distilled in small batches using specialized equipment to preserve its efficacy. Because it is steamed in small batches, this practically guarantees that it is super fresh.

Our Calendula Hydrosol is a product of the steam distillation of calendula flowers.  It has a delicate, refreshing, soothing fragrance with subtle floral notes.

Calendula was valued by ancient Egyptians for its rejuvenating properties, and skin care experts across the globe sing its praises due to its immense benefits.

Hydrosol waters can be used in lotions, creams, bath preparations or straight on the skin. They provide mild tonic and skin cleansing properties and are generally safe for all skin types.

Calendula Hydrosol can be used as a rejuvenating facial toner, or added to many other topical skincare products such as creams, salves and compresses. Calendula, when used in skincare applications, is said to relieve skin irritations and soothe pain or irritation caused by skin conditions.

Hydrosols are cherished for their therapeutic properties to the skin,  and as such may have a lighter scent than floral waters. Hydrosol make great soothing and refreshing facial sprays, they can also be used in room sprays, lotions, facial toners, or simply poured into a spray bottle and use directly on the skin.

Calendula Hydrosol is invigorating, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. It can be used as a soothing wetting agent for natural baby wipes, used in skin care products or applied directly on the skin, to get its intrinsic passed to the  skin.
